  The Sambuca Legacy began in Dallas May of 1991. Co-Owners, as well as brother-sister partnership, Kim and Holly Forsythe started the Sambuca concept with a lot of creativity, energy and imagination that thought outside the box. Unbeknownst to their expectations, Sambuca would become a phenomenon hailing a public demand for locations in other places outside Downtown Dallas.
  
  It all began with a small eclectic location in an artsy, warehouse district of Dallas which later evolved into a small National chain of five locations; Dallas, North Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, and Nashville. Now 17 years later, the Sambuca concept has become a nationally recognized name for combining fine dining with live music seven nights a week. The music spans a variety of styles; including pop, soft rock, acoustic rock, classic rock, sultry singers, crooners, jazz, r & b, and latin rhythms.
  
  Like the music, the menu at Sambuca offers a variety of items satisfying every taste bud. From pizzas, calamari and other shared appetizers to grilled beef tenderloin and miso-glazed sea bass, the menu is sure to please everyone. Let Sambuca Rock your next dinner!

•  The beautiful Chiriqui Highlands has long been one of Panama’s most favorite vacation spots, and the jewel of Chiriqui is beautiful Boquete. Boquete is a community of approximately 18,000 people of a wide variety of backgrounds and nationalities, including approximately 500 ExPatriates who have come here to live from Australia, England, Germany, Italy, Scotland, United States, Canada, South Africa, etc. The local mix of residents includes indigenous native people, Panamanians and people from all nations.
